Refund Policy

Monthly plan trials and refunds
GeckoGrid monthly plans (Solo and Agency) start with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial period ends. Cancel anytime before the trial expires and you will not be billed. If you forget to cancel and are charged, you may still request a refund within seven calendar days of the charge.
Lifetime license
The free trial does not apply to the Lifetime license. This does not limit any refund or cancellation rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Billing questions
For billing questions, charge disputes, or to update your payment method, use the contact form and select Billing. Include the email address used at checkout so we can locate your account. Do not send payment-card details.
Payment processing
Purchases and approved refunds are processed through Polar, GeckoGrid's merchant of record. The time for a refund to appear can depend on the payment method and financial institution.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated. The policy in effect when you purchased governs the voluntary GeckoGrid guarantee for that purchase.
